KSWCC Guidelines

• Be cool to one another
• Keep the club family friendly
• Club dues are $10 per year to cover expenses such as web hosting, convention tables, and holiday cards
• A trustworthy member will volunteer to collect dues, keep money, and keep track of membership
• Club dues also grant access to the closed Facebook group
• Members can host meetings at their houses or schedule other club events, small or large. We encourage at least one regional event per month and state-wide events up to 3 times a year
• Club members can create club swag individually or in collaboration with others
• There are no officers - if people want cool things to happen, people have to make them happen
