I will be adding one more skin besides the default. Kevin and I talked about what a new look would do signify the change of power and lead KSWCC down the dark path, but then the good side of him wanted others to choose their path. So without delay, vote on your favorite skin that will have all the options and customizations that you've come to expect from our little slice of cyber-space.
Crazier still, the topic will be closed in 24 hours, so vote now! -------------------- |

Tim, if one of the darker choices were to win, would it be possible to keep the text white instead of the grey or blue that the samples show? I'm having a hard time reading some of the text because it blends in with the background color... Some great choices you have there, was a tough call on where to cast the vote...

They are scaled versions so they're not as bad as you think. If anyone wants to see full scale samples I have a seperate installation that I set up for testing. You can check them out there in full size, just select from the list at the bottom of the page. Use your same login. http://www.kswcc.com/tmp/kswcc/ -------------------- |

Tim, do the boards not allow members to choose their own skin preference aside from the set default preference?

Tim, do the boards not allow members to choose their own skin preference aside from the set default preference? They can, it's just I don't want to do 6 edits every time I want to add a feature on to the typical installation. Generally I just stick to two types of skins to have some options, but to keep my editing and troubleshooting times down when people have problems with a certain skin. -------------------- |

The people have spoken.
![]() Blue XM is the winner. You'll notice the skin selector at the bottom of the page. It might not stay there, it's just for ease at the moment to switch back and forth for my use. You can, as always, change your skin settings through My Controls. As I dug in deeper to the skin I noticed there is a lot of stuff missing. I'll be working on graphical touchups over the next week or so and the skin should come together nicely after I do some work on it. -------------------- |
